I have nothing on Lt. Michael Carrington other than an email sent to me by a person who bought a bowl (copper or brass) at a SwapMart in Vancouver (assuming in WA).  The bowl was inscribed with the following information:

TUSLOG DET 195
INCIRLIK CDI TURKEY
LT. MICHAEL CARRINGTON
26 JUL 75 - 25 OCT 76

That person would like to see that Michael or his family receives the bowl.  How it came to be in a SwapMart is unknown, but someone, somewhere, must want it.  PLEASE, if you know Michael Car@comcast.netned at Det 195 in Turkey, please contact me here.  I will put you in contact with the person who has the bowl.
