VETERANS KARAMURSEL PARADE

I was a Morse Intercept Operator and DF Operator on Charlie Flight and then later Dawg Flight (my wife thinks, my memory is hazy).  Had a great time in Turkey and have many great memories.  I got married there and we had our first child there (born at Adana).  Would love to hear from anyone else from "The good old days".

And now, some pics of Turkish vets...

Turkish veterans parade in KARAMURSEL. My all-time favorite has to be this veterans parade in KARAMURSEL. They did it every July 4th to celebrate the Greek-Turkish fights of the '20s.

Another veteran and on horseback! Patton would be proud of him.
